This is the most flexible data collection program I have ever seen. I've developed a database for adults to use for visual stream assessments (erosion, trash on the banks, etc) and a friend of mine is adapting it so 4th graders can use it. Everyone loves it!

This is the best program I've used in the field in any application. It takes a few times to get used to it, but after a week or less it becomes extremly intuitive. The North American Sequence is very useful for common wildlife, and some rarer species are included as well. Not enough space is devoted to invertebrates, but not many people care as much as I do about them, so you probably won't even notice. Once sgain, sufficient praises fail me for the Wilderness Awareness School for developing this incredible program.
