Installation is a 3 step process:

1. Install Pocket PC computer software.

2. Install CyberTracker version 3.0.

3. Load your CyberTracker sequence onto Pocket PC handheld computer.

To Install Pocket PC software from CD:

1. A CD should have come with your handheld computer.

2. Open Windows Explorer.

3. Select CD drive.

4. Double Click on "Setup.exe" (Application).

5. Follow instructions to install Pocket PC software.

To Download CyberTracker software:

1. Click on the Free Download button
2. If you accept the license conditions, you can download the software by clicking on Download the latest build
3. Save the CyberTracker file in the directory of your choice
4. Double Click on "Setup.exe" (Application)
5. Follow instructions to install CyberTracker software.

To Load CyberTracker sequence onto Pocket PC

You may collect data using one of our Sample Databases, or create your own, according to Creating Your Database.

1. Make sure the cradle is attached to the computer

2. Place the PocketPC in its cradle

3. Under the Sequences view, click on the Synchronize button and follow the instructions

To Load data collected in the field onto computer

After collecting data,

1. Switch on your computer

2. Make sure cradle is attached to the computer

3. Place the Pocket PC into its docking cradle

Regional Options

CyberTracker has not been tested for all Regions. For example, it may not work for French or Italian Regional Settings (found under Settings, Control Panel, Regional Options, General). If you experience a problem you should set it on English (United States) or English (South Africa).
